The youth at St. Paul’s Church Kyebando operate under a directive of Youth at Namirembe Diocese. This ministry constitutes all Christian males and females between the ages of 13 and 35. St. Paul’s youth ministry “Strives to reach the churched and unchurched youth with the gospel of Christ so as to grow them as disciples in order for them to be equipped to lead others to Christ”

This ministry has brought youth together in several Spiritual activities including Sunday Youth Service, Youth Fellowships, Wednesday Mid-week Services and Monthly Overnights. The focus of this ministry at St. Paul’s Church is mainly development and growth in knowledge of God’s word through Missions, Music, Sunday school and Discipleship training. All these activities are geared towards building a Godly character in the future generation of leaders, teachers, pastors, parents and citizens of Uganda, and the world at large.

Youth are considered to be the class that has all strength and vigour to explore any avenue to spread the gospel of Christ. It is with this in mind that we look out to explore individual talents and skills that our youth possess in sports, athletics, public speaking, teaching, preaching as well as Music, Dance and Drama. We have over the years kept the youth together through these fun but impactful activities in God’s ministry. The youth ministry of Kyebando has a well-structured leadership team that maintains order in all activities of the organisation as well as the conduct of the youth in and around the church for the glory of God.

Joining the Youth ministry requires only a willing and committed heart, available to offer service to God in all capacity and ability, and without compromise to social, financial or civil stature. The youth ministry serves also as a joint body for various youth sections within the church including;

  • SPYK ministry that is in charge of the Sunday second service (Youth Service),
  • DOK (Daughters of the King) that is charged with matters of the virgin girls,
  • SOK (Sons of the King) that is charged with matters of the virgin boys, and
  • Boys and Girls Brigade which offers both scouting and jazz services

VISION: A youth rooted in Christ, growing in faith and abounding in fruitfulness.

MISSION: By following Jesus Christ we shall make disciple of all nations, through sharing the good news
of the gospel with the lost, and share our lives in fellowship with each other and by our service in
obedience to his call on our lives we shall worship Christ.
