Acts 10:34-35 [KJV] Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth, I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
The physical world has ranks and so it is with the spiritual world.
In both worlds the rank of a man determines his area of influence and access; It determines what he can do or command, what he has authority over, access to certain things and how much he can access etc. Because of this, certain people by reason of their ranks in the spiritual world are able to do, accomplish and influence what others can’t. And because of this, people tend to think God is a respecter of persons; I mean, how come this and that responds to him or her but not I am is a common question in this matter. However as revealed by our theme scripture, God is no respecter of persons, he hasn’t favoured, graced, given or loved some people more than others.
Although God is not discriminative, the ranks are. Our theme scripture reveals the fear-reverence of God and working of righteousness as a key to being accepted by God. In Isaiah 66:2, speaks of God looking to or picking keen interest in a man of poor and contrite spirit, and trembles at his Word. Child of God learn this today, God is not discriminative but yet how you respond to the things of God determines how high you can be promoted to a certain rank.

Prayer and confession:
Lord, I thank you. For this wisdom by which I understand that you have loved all men equally and therefore you are not respecter of person. I acknowledge how these ranks operate and position myself for promotion as you continue to teach how to reverence you and do works of righteousness. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
